What is the Sacred Feminine
The Sacred Feminine is a way of life dating back to the begining of human
civilizatons. Sacred feminine temples and their women were the centres of the
community. Our cycles moved with the moons cycle and we connected, cried,
laugh and celebrated with eachother through every part of life. It is the true
essence and embodiement of the Goddess/Mother earth. The magic is found
within us. We have simply forgotten. It was erased during the burning times
when organized religion began to sweep the planet. Millions of women were
murdered for simply wanting to be free, embodied women. Now in modern
society we are silenced by the patriarchal society we live in.
I am here to help you remember✨
In ceremony with me you will experience and
remember that ancient memory of being in
ceremony with other women. It is a safe space
to share what you are going through and give
helpful insight to other women who are
struggling through something you may have
already experienced, create connections and a
sisterhood.
We do breathwork, meditate, journal, pull tarot
cards, dance, and then we end the ceremony by
writing everything we want to release on a piece
of paper, ripping it up and burning it under the
full moon. This is all meant be freeing & deeply
healing.

member of the PRAXIS Project and has graciously invited us all to explore
her land and her knowledge of psychedelics.

transformative weekend welcoming Samhain. Samhain is an ancient Gaelic
festival marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter. It is a
powerful magical time when the veil between worlds is at its thinnest allowing
us to connect with ancestors and guides, and ask for help on our journey’s
into the dark months ahead.
This darkness is both physical and spiritual. As women we have been taught to
be small, not feel our emotions and conform. This retreat is meant to help you
tap into the Dark Feminine within you and set her free!
Mel’s goal is to create a safe space for Women/Women identifying to heal,
grow and step into the world as their fullest expressions! No more playing
small! If even a small part of you feels pulled to attend this transformative
experience, than you are meant to be there! No matter your beliefs or ethnicity
we welcome all!
This event will comprise of: Tea and Dinner party, Sacred Feminine Ceremony
with Breathwork, Meditation, Journalling, Rituals by the fire, Yoga, Sound
Bath & much more.
The retreat will last from 5pm-11pm on Nov 1st and 9am-1pm on Nov 2th
Guests will be welcome to stay at Mel’s home (spaces limited), camp out in the
yard or leave & come back for day two.

UNLEASHED. Since it was during Samhain
we spent two days connecting to our
ancestors, guides, and dove deep within
ourselves. We learned to embrace the
darkness within us, and to let our light
shine through. It was deeply transformative,
and healing. And best if all new bonds of
sisterhood were forged. If you desire a
community or a coven to connect and just
be yourself, than you have come to the

Reiki is a form of energy work that can

focus, empowerment, chakra
balancing, stress reduction, & relief of

I am a certified Reiki practitioner, and I
have also been working as a Registered
Massage Therapist since 2012. I have been
called to phase out of massage and
transition to full time Reiki energy healer,
coach and ceremonial guide.

What is Breath work?
Controlled intentional breathing. This technique
creates an increased or decreased amount of
oxygen flow into the body allowing you to
become more present in the moment.
As a certified Breathwork practitioner I can
guide you into breathing techniques that allow
you to get into a more present and relaxed
state. These techniques can also assist in
releasing trapped emotions in the body which
can be deeply healing.

Raspberry Leaf- A herb commonly used to
assist women with uterine pain and
discomfort. So this blend can be used on your
abdomen to help with period cramps. If you
are pregnant please use only during the 3rd
trimester as it may cause the uterus to
contract. It is also great for fortifying the skin
against free radicals (toxicity) with its rich
polyphenols and is also very hydrating for
many skin conditions.
Turmeric- This root is one of the most potent
antioxidants on the planet, It is known to
decrease inflammation and assit the body in
detoxification. The Turmeric used in my blends
is Enagic’s Kangen Ukon Turmeric. Grown
and processed in Okinawa Japan, one of the
planets Blue Zones. A Blue Zone is a place
where there is a higher population of
individuals who live longer lives. This is usually
due to the water and food they consume and
the lifestyles they live. They also water the
turmeric fields with Kangen water which is the
strongest known antioxidant on the planet. So
in combination this turmeric is a SUPER
FOOD! Apply this oil blend on areas that need
to detox such as: Liver, kidneys, abdomen,
chest to help lungs especially if you have a
cold, and anywhere you have inflammation.
This can stain clothing so please be careful.
Spruce- Needles from the spruce tree create a
very potent extract. It is great to help soothe
the skin, it has anti fungal and anti
inflammatory properties and is rich in vitamin
C which is great for the immune system. Apply
this oil blend on your chest or the bottoms of
your feet if you have a cold, it will help with
congestion and body aches.

Castor Oil Blends- Castor Oil is a thick
viscous oil made from the seed of the
Ricinus Communis plant. It is rich in fatty
acid and has anti inflammatory properties.
This means it is great to help with a
multitude of ailments and conditions such as
acne, eczema, dry skin, and detoxification.
How to use your blend:
Apply to face and body daily as a moisturizer-
Great to use along side lymphatic drainage,
Guasha and any facial massageUse on eczema or dry cracked skin for intense
hydration (wear gloves after application for
extra hydration on hands and socks for
cracked feet)Apply a small amount to hair and scalp to
moisturize scalp and nourish hair, can also
assist in thickening hair (Eyebrows, lashes)Use a thick layer over stretch marks to help

Peppermint - Peppermint is a great herb to
help ease: headaches, muscle soreness,
congestion, itching, upset tummy & more.
Apply this blend on the affected area and
massage into the skin. For headaches and
congestion spend extra time working the
muscles of the temples, jaw and neck with
application.
Lavender- A purple flower that has a
calming aroma. It is great to assist in
calming the nervous system, it is an anti
inflammatory, and can assist in the healing
of skin irritations and acne. Apply to
affected area and massage into skin or use
a daily moisturizer for face and body.
Chamomile- A small white and yellow
flower that has a calming effect on the
body. It can help with sleep, upset stomach,
Menstrual discomfort, regenerate and
tighten pores, and soothe redness and
irritation of the skin.
